Welcome Centre

Our Welcome Hall is a sports-type hall that is used in many different ways, including: sport, catering, fayres and children’s parties with bouncy castles to name but a few.

The high ceiling was fitted with acoustic panels recently, to supress the noise and subsequent echo, making it an ideal venue to host your event.

Hard flooring throughout, with tables and chairs available.

The Atrium will need to be hired too, as it is the entrance to this hall.

KITCHEN

A fully equipped commercial Kitchen facility is also available, when hiring either the Welcome Centre or the Atrium.

This hall has a maximum capacity of around 120 people seated.  

The hall dimensions are

Length = 13.8m

     Width = 9.1m

     Height = 8.4m (centre), down to 4.2m (sides)

The hall has the adjacent Atrium entrance area with a tea bar servery and adjacent to the hall is a full size commercial kitchen.

The Hall is suitable for a wide variety of options and uses and has seating and tables available.

Atrium

The Atrium is a cafe style area, ideal for smaller groups and functions. There is a servery for preparing and serving refreshments, an open space with lots of natural lighting. Equipment including: fridge, hot water dispenser, sink, cutlery & crockery.

The Atrium leads into the Welcome Hall, so both spaces can be hired together, to make great space with reception area, they are then known as the Welcome Centre.

There are two toilets, including a disabled toilet and baby changing facility.

KITCHEN

A fully equipped commercial Kitchen facility is also available, when hiring either the Welcome Centre or the Atrium.

This area has a maximum capacity of around 40 people seated.

The Atrium entrance area with a tea bar servery is adjacnet to the hall and our full size commercial kitchen.

Fellowship Hall

Our Fellowship Hall is a hall that is used in many different ways, including: Baby & Toddler group, Puppet shows, quiz evenings, various social groups and many different dance groups & troupes.

It has recently been refurbished, with new flooring and improved lighting.

There are many toilets, including a disabled toilet and baby changing facility. Hard flooring throughout, with 14 folding tables, 105 adult chairs & 12 child chairs (more upon prior request).

KITCHENETTE

There is a Kitchenette which can be used for preparing and serving refreshments. Equipment including: fridge, microwave, hot water dispenser, kettle, sink, cutlery & crockery.

THE STAGE

There is a Stage located at the far end of the hall, which is part of the standard hire. It can be used for either for putting on small performances, or just a platform. There is a screen that can be pulled down to project upon if required.

This hall has a maximum capacity of around 100 people seated.

The hall dimensions are  Length = 14.5m,       Width = 8.5m,       Height = 4.6m

The stage dimensions are  Depth = 2.6m,       Width = 4.9m

 

The hall cna be used for a variety of activities.

Friendship Lounge

 

The Friendship Lounge is a smaller hall which predominantly is used for coffee mornings and can host meetings of around 40 people. With 8 folding tables and 36 chairs available (more on prior request).

There is a kitchenette which can be used for preparing and serving refreshments. Equipment including: fridge, microwave, hot water dispenser, kettle, sink, cutlery & crockery.

There are two toilets, including a disabled toilet and baby changing facility.

There are also two side rooms available, as part of this hired space:

  • Quiet Room, where 1-2-1 chats, or small group discussions can take place away from the main lounge area. There are six single chairs and one double seater sofa.
  • Creche room, which could double up as an area for 1-2-1 chats.

This hall has a maximum capacity of around 50 people seated.

The hall dimensions are

     Length = 8.5m

     Width = 5.9m

A flexible space for small groups and activities with refreshment facilities within the space.

Church

The main Church Auditorium can seat around 300 people, mainly in pews, with various spaces for wheelchairs available.

Facilities include: piano, microphones, sound system, loop system, projector & screen.

The Friendship Lounge will need to be hired too in addition, as it is the entrance to this space.

This hall has a maximum capacity of around 300 people seated.
