The history of a presence on the World Wide Web (WWW) for Pier Avenue has been quite long and we have able to hold a good profile and Google rankings over the years.
The Web site we had from 2005/6 that ran up to 2010/2011 was well ahead of its time and though it erred on the ‘homemade’ side for look it did what was required and kept everyone informed and more importantly it was extremely easy to navigate around with lots of hyperlinks and a fully comprehensive index.
From 2012 there were a number of iterations of the Web with a more professional look and now capable of meeting the latest Goole requirement for site rankings and useable on any device (computers and Smartphones.

Over time the site will be updated with more original material but some of the sections are going to be difficult to better but we will try.
Please, as you read, be thinking of things that could be added or changes and note these down and pass then to us or email than in as possible additions, they will be very welcome.
